We may adjust plans and fees according to market conditions and service costs; any updates will be announced on this website and take effect from the date of publication. If you do not accept an adjustment, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
(IV) Invoice Issuance
If you need an invoice, please contact us via the email listed on this website (email: [email protected]) after a successful payment and provide relevant invoicing information (such as company name, taxpayer identification number, etc.). We will issue and send the invoice within 7 working days after receiving your application and information (electronic invoices will be sent to your email).
II. Refund Related
(I) Refund Situations
- If you are unable to use the Kive membership service normally due to technical malfunctions or service errors on this website, and we fail to fix the issue within 24 hours of receiving your feedback, you have the right to apply for a refund;
- If you have not used any membership features after subscribing (including but not limited to AI recipe generation/analysis, image generation, ingredient substitution, shopping‑list generation, or credit consumption), and the subscription period has not exceeded 7 days, you may request a refund. A handling fee of 5% will be deducted;
- Other refundable situations stipulated by applicable laws or agreed upon by both parties.
(II) Non‑refundable Situations
- You have already used any membership features, such as AI recipe creation/analysis, image generation for dishes, ingredient substitution, shopping‑list generation, or consumed any credits;
- You are unable to use this service due to reasons attributable to yourself (for example, account information leakage, operational errors, or device/network issues);
- Your refund request is based on subjective reasons unrelated to the service quality, such as "dislike of results" or "not satisfied with recipes/images";
- The request exceeds the time frame specified in the refundable situations above.
(III) Refund Process
- If you meet the refund conditions, please contact us via the email provided on this website (email: [email protected]) and submit a refund request with the reason and order information;
- We will review your application within 3–5 working days after receiving it;
- Upon approval, we will refund the amount to your original payment method. The arrival time is subject to the processing schedules of banks or third‑party payment platforms.
(IV) Refund Restriction
Each order can only be refunded once. If your refund request is not approved, we will explain the reason to you.
III. Other
- This policy is a supplement to the terms of the Kive membership subscription service and has the same legal effect as other related terms.
